My son came in for a scheduled treatment and I was very nervous about how he would do without sedation. The doctor and assistant, Lilia Contreras, were both very reassuring, explained every step of the treatment process, and went over all of the options available to my son in order for him to have a more comfortable experience! Needless to say, it was a quick and tear free experience! Not only were none of my concerns ever overlooked but the doctor and assistant were both so kind throughout the entire process! We’re so thankful for such a wonderful experience!

I have been taking my 9year old here since he turned 4 or 5. I have never gone back with him but there’s a window you can watch them from. I was nervous about bringing my 4 year old to the dentist because she has Down syndrome and autism but they have always made her feel very comfortable and happy, this last dental assistant I had was the best! All the dental assistants are so friendly and patient with any questions you may have! Thanks

Had my teen there for 4.5 hrs and had scheduled my daughters for tomorrow. Was just told today how bad they treated my eldest and couldn't cancel my daughters appointment. Very first dentist appt. If they don't let me back there with my very timid 2 year old we are finding a new dentist for both my daughters

Yesterday I took my son to get his crown filled, and he was very nervous and was crying and so the doctor told him to “not be so loud.” After his crown was filled my son got up and the doctor yelled at him “We are just cleaning your teeth! Just lay down!!” Which scared my son and he quietly repeated “sorry sorry.” The doctor later told me I was sorry but after seeing my child being yelled at and being so scared, there is no way I can forgive. His name was Doctor Ricky, if you ever take your child here I highly recommend going inside with them. Better yet, do not give your time and business to this trashy place. I request the management to keep an eye on this doctor through the cameras. Please be wary of where you take your children, there is no excuse for that doctors tone towards my child!

Lilia contreras was a big help in my visit in to Franklin dental. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me what was goin on with my kids. Definitely recommend her.
