I likened this practice to a “well oiled machine” because that is how the appt rolls. Everyone is ready for me and greet me warmly. When the techs are done, Dr. McDaniel is also ready for me, citing that “he does not want his patients to have to wait”. This man is professional, kind, great bedside manner and incredibly caring. And does great work. Definitely 5 stars and a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up 👍 👍

The lady who checked and cleaned my 4 year old son’s teeth was amazing. she was patient and kind. she explained to my son everything perfectly.
he needs fillings and caps. they called to discuss billing. $900 for general anesthesia. plus $175 copay due at time of procedure. no thanks!
their anesthesia people don’t accept any type of insurance

My timid 4 year old got his teeth cleaned. I was worried about how he'd take it all. But the technician that cleaned his teeth was so thorough with explaining everything. She helped him be comfortable. I was astounded and so grateful.
Fast forward a few years, I have to downgrade the rating. The head doctor gave my son his first filling and was awful. My son was so scared, during the procedure. My son began to moan because he couldn't cry, and the doctor gave him one firm "pat" on the leg (as if to shut him up) and said in a really condescending tone "it doesn't hurt, you're fine"
We left that day with me vowing to never return. We went over to Splash Smiles, and have been very happy.

This is an absolutely amazing Dentist office. I have a lot of children and all of them can be seen at once in their large room. The waiting room is child friendly, and there are also things for them to do and look at while they are in the dentist’s seat. The nurses, hygienists, Dentists, And other staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and have always put my children at ease.

Well what can I say?We have had good service until now.My son just had three teeth extracted at a location in fort Oglethorpe.That wasn't the issue.The agreed upon amount for the extraction was 425.00 for the anesthesia and then 88.00 for the extraction.They have to have your card on file so they can charge you.That wasn't the issue.The issue was that they charged an extra 100.00 for the procedure because they said it took a little longer which is bogus.They had to have payment so they went ahead and were charging our card.Very sleazy and unscrupulous business practice to "gotcha" somebody after you have payed almost 500 dollars .We will be spreading the news about this.They did resolve this issue.
