I'll be the first one to admit that I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist and cleanings can even be stressful. So when my former dentist told me that I needed to have a tooth removed, I was not exactly excited about the procedure even if it would relieve the infection that I had been battling for the past two years. After one failed attempt at extraction and three reschedules, I decided it was time to find another dentist. My mother recommended Chattahoochee Valley Dental and, to my surprise, they were able to get me in the same day that I called. As for the procedure, it was completely painless! I told the hygienist and Dr. Virginia that I was nervous about getting a tooth pulled and they did a great job making sure I was comfortable and, most importantly, not feeling any pain. Because of their customer service and easing my apprehension, I decided to switch to CVD for future dental work. Thank you very much!

I had a lot of anxiety as I have not had good visits with the dentist in the past with other providers. Caralyn made me feel so comfortable I didn’t even break a sweat (which I normally do when I panic). I was never in any pain. She was extremely knowledgeable and educated me with everything that she did. 5/5 would recommend to the most anxious people around. Thank you for your help today.

This was my first time coming here but the staff were very friendly and courteous. They made me feel like I was a decades old regular. The service was fast and professional they answered all of my questions, and they were very accommodating to my schedule for the next visit.
Looking forward to visiting again.

I had a crown done a month ago, I was told my part of the bill was $650, which I paid the day of.... I get a text a few weeks later saying I owe another $25.... No problem I pay the $25.... Then this week I get another text saying I owe another $25..... I mean is this going to be an ongoing thing?!?!?! It is hard to get someone on the phone..... Overall the dental visit was very well done but the billing department sucks. I will not be going back here again.

So Nice, Friendly, Helpful, and Extremely Professional. Best Experience with Dentists office. They have 3 dentists and all 3 dentists are Great!!! The receptionist WOW cannot say enough of the two Wonderful Ladies!!! Friendly and Super Helpful. 👍♥️
