My SMILE journey: Growing up as a military dependent I was terrified of going to the dentist all of my experiences with military doctors/dentist were not pleasant so I had major anxiety even as I got older….then life and kids happened…and when I was ready mentally and financially my daughter had to have braces not once but twice. I decided three years ago it was time and I put me first for once. This has been such a confidence boost for me and the staff at SMILE treated me with so much care and respect from the beginning to the end! Now I can SMILE without masking my smile in pictures, etc! I’m so grateful and have met some wonderful people along the journey!

I initially had a big misunderstanding and admittedly overreacted. However, Dr. Rouche and his team completely changed my perspective. They are beyond professional and truly amazing. Their expertise, dedication, and exceptional customer service set a new standard of excellence. I cannot recommend Dr. Rouche and his team highly enough. They are a beacon of excellence in the medical field!

Really hard to get emergency appointments scheduled. If you cancel, it also takes months to get on their schedule for a routine adjustment. Front desk is not very understanding. I’ve never experienced this level of difficulty accessing care for my child in braces. I will not be using them again for my other two.
