I went here for a consultations / to talk about a transfer of my case with Dr Wiesemann. I had my x-rays and pictures done and was spoken to by the hygienist about what I wanted to be done so she can relay the message to the ortho before I saw him which is protocol I've been through so many orthos trying to pick a person to get transferred to because I moved out of state. Well after about a 13 minute wait sitting in the back room while she's giving him the information she comes back and I was waiting for the doctor he never comes back there to see me at all she tells me he says he can't help me and the reason why etc.
I feel like it is incredibly rude to not see your patients when they have requested a consultation with you as an orthodontist you are supposed to greet and speak to the patients, I never met or saw the orthodontist, I only spoke with the dental hygienist and she relayed after she went back to the back and spoke with him and he told her what to say to me he never came to see me he never spoke to me about treatment or not having treatment nothing they passed me off and gave me a recommendation to see a cosmetic dentist which is what I do not want to see I asked and was very clear on what I needed that's fine if they can't do it or take on my case but say that from the ortho's mouth.
It is incredibly rude to not greet your patient and let them know the scenario come check on them after the hygienist has already spoken with the patient.
I feel like if my Caucasian husband came in here today and wanted an Invisalign consultation or asked about a transfer he would speak right with him because he's Caucasian. me on the other hand I'm not so that was the vibe I was getting.
Dr Weissman doesn't see certain patients apparently when they book for a consultation he stays in the back murmuring to the hygienist so if you're looking for someone to actually speak to you face to face I would pass on Weissman orthodontics.

The staff at Wiesemann orthodontics are always friendly and helpful. I never have to wait long. They are very efficient and seem to work well together as a team. Dr. Wiesemann is very nice and knowledgeable and didn’t rush my son into braces. He was very professional.

I had used another orthodontic retainer service that really messed up my bite. Dr. Wiseman corrected my bite and fixed the mess the other service had made. He was extremely professional and he and his staff were very kind and caring. Highly recommend!!

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the orthodontist is very down to earth. The atmosphere is very welcoming and we are always in and out in a timely manner. I highly recommend anyone needing orthodontics to do business with these amazing folks.

I have to say that our experience with Wiesmemann Orthodontics has been outstanding! My daughter needed braces badly and Dr. Wisemann along with his staff went above and beyond expectations through this process. Prom was approaching when we went for one of her last appointments so Dr. Wisemann set up an appointment two days before prom and came to White House from Bowling Green on his day off while they were closed to take her braces off in time for prom! It was a genuine act of pure kindness and it meant so much! Her teeth look beautiful and I can't describe how happy she was that day. Honestly, just genuine and down to earth people and her teeth are perfect! Thank you for all that you do!
