My review is based on the orthodontist office experience. The staff are fabulous as well as the doctor. What I had been unaware of is the office is only open two days a week. Had I known this up front it most likely would have had an impact on making a major investment with them. The issues come in when you or your child has an issue. This is the second time our child has had a problem with her expander/spreader. This time our daughter says it has become loose and is causing her pain. It will be 7 days before she can get in because that’s the next time the Naples
Is open.
While I was very frustrated with the above I received a call from the orthodontist himself within the hour. I feel he went above and beyond to get my daughter seen by a colleague of his to handle her issues. I’m not sure another orthodontist would have called personally to ensure their patient was attended to. Again, the staff and doctor are top notch and to see how they went above and beyond, outside of the Naples office hours, to help my daughter is the reason for my 5 star review.
And most important to me is my daughter loves the staff and doctor and that makes all the difference.

Candice was very helpful and understanding of my son's situation, she handled our concerns with the upmost respect and professionalism. The cleaning was seamless and quick and my son was very happy with the results. The dentist checked my son's teeth and everything checked out well besides one cavity. I feel that Candice deserves a raise and an award for handling my situation like a boss. Thanks again! See you all next time! 🤠😀 😁

New patient here. Things were okay in the beginning. Then they recommended doing some work on my daughter she had some cavities that she needed to treat. So we make an appointment for a month out because apparently they only have one dentist in office. And so a week or two before her appointment they call me and tell me they have to reschedule because the office will be closed for the day. And rescheduled for a month after. Which makes no sense to me but whatever I didn’t think much of it. Fast forward. I take her to her appointment and the dentist advised to extract her tooth because the cavity was bad. But she didn’t say anything about that the month before. So I decline and she ends up doing a crown. Mind you she had 3 cavities on one side that was supposed be taken care of the same appointment. That did not happen. They said they can only do one. So we proceeded to treat the one tooth. Then we set the other appointment to treat the other cavities one week apart from each other a month later. Then a few days later they call me to tell me they have to reschedule because the office will be closed and that now they’re booked for that whole month and we would have to push it another month to get her teeth treated. This is the second time they have done this and I had enough. I would never go back to this office. Very unreliable service. I would stay away from this place. Unless your okay wi the your time being wasted.

So happy we discovered this office. There was nothing wrong with our old dentist. They did not take my kids dental insurance anymore. So we had to find a new dentist. From the staff to the dentist everyone was so kind, patient, and informative. Even being busy we did not feel rushed once the dentist was able to see us. My son can be a little difficult when it comes to his teeth but the dentist was very patient and was able to do what she needed. While waiting my 2 year old son was getting impatient. There was a staff member by the name of Danielle that was so helpful. I had to dart after my son and she saved my stroller. She was very accommodating with everyone else in the waiting room as well.

Amazing office! I needed to get my daughter in as an emergency and they were quick to give me an appt. Super friendly staff clean office and lovely doctor. She was super careful with my 11 year old and explained everything she was doing carefully and was very thorough. I am happy to have found this dentist I finally feel like I’m in an office where they treat you as family!
