We are completing phase 1 now with our second kiddo. Both kids had palate expanders, and we are waiting till they're ready for phase 2. So far everything is good! Dr Kriger explains things to me and answers my questions and concerns. We have not had any issues scheduling unexpected appts if we need to go in to fix a broken brace or whatever. The office staff has been very nice as well.

Today, I got my braces off and I’ve never felt more confident in my life before. Prior to this, I would never smile in photos and I hated close ups. I was so self-conscious because I had two giant gaps directly in the center of my smile. I never thought I would see the day that I was proud of my smile. I couldn’t thank Dr. Kriger enough today. I was smiling from ear to ear and celebrating in the office. And a round of applause to her amazing group of women working alongside her. They’re very sweet, very gentle when working on you, and the front office will work with you if you ever have a concern for making payments on time (they’re life savers). For the young adults who aren’t sure if they want to have braces during their 20s (or anyone past their adolescent years) take the leap. Your future self will thank you. It will be worth the investment.
