I have 6 kids and my older 3 have been coming for years. My younger 3 have been coming for a year. We have had great experiences every time we come. This last time however wasn’t so great. My 5 yr old is autistic and normally they are amazing with him. This last time the lady doing the cleaning was horrible. She was frustrated with him and speaking very harshly to him. Jerked his face up and was all but yelling at him. Everyone else who has ever done his cleaning/ X-rays etc have been amazing. The dentist is awesome and she made the ending better than it started. The lady that did his cleaning needs better training when working with special needs kids or to just not work with special needs children. We still love wild smiles we will just stay clear of Becky.

We had an amazing first dental cleaning for our 2 year old. He wants to go back again. This makes a mom so happy. We were welcomed with smiles and cheer with each person in the office. From Registration to meeting his Dentist. He loved all the animals and the small deer in the office. So Thankful for the Wild Smiles in Red Bank . We have found our Dental office for our little one.

We love the dentist, but other staff could use some work. The check in/out desk were also very nice. The dental assistant and hygienist were not the friendliest, especially the assistant, I don't think she smiled one time. The hygienist (Becky) accused my 17 year old of "resisting" when she was actually trying to hold her head to allow her better access to her back teeth. She was also rough with both kids, making my youngest's gums bleed. This is the 2nd time we have had her, and same thing previously. I thought it may have just been a bad day or maybe she was new, so we gave it another chance and that was not the case. From the previous google review, it looks like Becky needs some work. They just did not have the vibes that a pediatric dentist office should have, it felt cold and awkward, I was so ready to leave. Definitely considering finding another dentist office.

This place is Amazing! My son has some sensory issues. And in the past with other dentist offices we have mentioned our concerns but they have never been accommodating. We even had some of the staff at other places make rude remarks about my son and his needs. But WILD smiles was hands down the best experience we have ever had. The staff was very accommodating to my son’s needs. They took the time to understand him, they were patient with him, and even did a few things in the office to make him feel more comfortable being there. They seemed to really know how to handle patients with special needs not just saying they could handle it like other offices but by showing it in everything they did. The Staff was incredibly kind to me and my son! I’m SO glad we found this dentist office!!
