My visit was awesome today. I got my braces put on. The staff & doctor were nice & professional. Their facility was clean and inviting. They handled my dental care with respect and diligence.

My 10 year has been going to white brown smiles nearly 1 whole year now & from the very beginning it has been such an amazing experience, easy process and I'm always in the know! I love how they look out for their clients, get constant reminders via email & text because I'm a busy mom with many schedules to keep up with. The office is so clean, great all around staff members & Dr. Brown explains the entire process of what has to be done & will take place. The free give aways just make it even better. Thank you all! I've recommended this office to many friends & family.

I’ve used Dr. White Brown for my 2 older kids and we are now using her for my youngest child. I’ve been very pleased overall with the service. We really like Dr. Brown and her staff is super!!! The only issue I have this time is the office rule of making patients and parents wear a mask which has been proven to be useless in protecting anyone from a respiratory virus and should be worn only if the individual chooses to wear one. Someone else’s beliefs shouldn’t be forced on everyone. Had it not been for my daughter wanting to come here, we would have chosen somewhere else to get her braces. That’s the only reason I let her. She likes the staff and I do too but I am not happy with this being mandated. In America, we should be free to breath the air God gave us to breath without covering our faces and this should be a choice, not forced.

The people working there were very kind, and made me feel welcomed, and less nervous about getting my braces put on. They also talked with me about how the braces may feel the first couple of days, and how to properly floss and brush while wearing braces. Even though I had came in a little late, they were no rude at all. They also have good payment plans if you cannot afford to pay the full initial down payment needed. Overall great experience!

I was very apprehensive about starting my braces process over, but OMG the moment I walked through the door it has been delightful. Rashaunda, Tae, the X-ray Tech, and the finance department was Great! Dr. Brown I love your personality and smile. I know you say Mrs. Waymer something else but thank you for hearing me. That made a difference. Thank y’all so much for making my process better and keeping a smile on my face.
