This review is about Laura, the treatment coordinator from Chapin. She is amazing. I can't say how great Dr. P is because I didn't get my braces from this place. I've only dealt with Laura. I went someplace else that was lower priced and aesthitically what I was looking for as far as brackets and wire. In hindsight, I would've spent the extra money here. The special care to attention and willingness to answer all my questions and educate me on what to expect is priceless. Laura values her clients and goes above and beyond because she's passionate about braces. Laura is a very professional, kind person that cares about her community and takes pride in her job.

10/10 Would recommend to anybody, Staff is very friendly, especially Laura! I’ve had braces work done at Wild Smiles, decided to change after not having a good experience. The reviews don’t lie, place is amazing.

Dr. Pennella and his team at The Braces Place are absolutely phenomenal!! My son gets scared over different situations and also asks A LOT of questions. They answered all of his questions, put him at ease, and made him feel so special. I couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist and team!

I appreciate you guys for your wonderful customer service and great expertise. I love love love my new smile thanks to you.
