My orthodontic treatment went smoothly with excellent care and promptness. Dr. Powell and his staff were courteous, friendly and I felt very comfortable with them..
I was very pleased with my orthodontic experience with Dr. Powell and would recommend him and his office personnel wholeheartedly.

The consult was great and they were very friendly. Their billing was the horrible part. They told me that it would cost alomst $5,000 for the braces along with their treatment plan. On top of this there is an extra $300 for x-rays and cast of the teeth. They do not pull teeth there and I would have to go to a seperate location and pay a seperate fee for those services. They do not take "Care Credit" but have a loan company they go thru for finance. In order to bill my insurance company they had to have the all this money paid in full. I asked about what happens if I move due to my military status, I was told then any money that has not been spent will be reimbursed...hmmmmm sounds fishy to me. I do not reccoment this place. I refuse to pay for services that have not yet been preformed or get a loan to pay for services that have not even been preformed yet.
