My son goes to this establishment for his orthodontic treatment, and overall, I'm impressed with the progress and care provided. Dr. Micheal and the team have been diligent in ensuring my son's braces are properly adjusted, the treatment plan seems effective, and I can see positive changes in my son's dental alignment.
However, my experience with their billing department has been less than satisfactory. Despite the excellent care, I've encountered issues with their billing practices. On more than one occasion, there have been discrepancies with charges, and it's been frustrating to deal with. One major concern was the lack of transparency in their billing process. I found that charges were applied to my payment method without prior notice, and there were instances of double charging, which they handled with surprising nonchalance. It's disconcerting to have to constantly monitor payments and be on guard for unexpected charges.
While I appreciate the quality of orthodontic care provided, I would caution others to be vigilant about their payment methods and request/closely monitor billing statements. It's essential to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial transactions, especially when it comes to medical treatments like orthodontic care.
In summary, Dr. Micheal and his team are doing a commendable job with my son's braces, but there's definite room for improvement in their billing practices. I hope they address these issues to provide a more seamless experience for their patients and their families.

I had a great experience at Dr. Michael's office. I had gotten braces done somewhere else before, but I wasn't satisfied with the results. So, I went to Michael Orthodontics, where they removed my old braces and installed new ones. I wore them for about 3 years, with all the necessary adjustments, and I feel that my teeth look great now. I am very satisfied with Dr. Michael and highly recommend this Orthodontics office.

This was my second time getting braces, and will definitely be the last one. After a bad experience during my high school years at a different clinic, I was referred by a friend to Dr. Muchaels office. I just finished my 2 year treatment with them and I’m very happy with the results. Everyone there is super nice and understanding! Front desk team is super cool and they work around your schedule. The doctor and assistants are friendly and they get the job done. You can tell they enjoy what they do. Their service is excellent and very affordable. I definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Dr. Michael is my husband and my orthodontist. He made our smiles wedding ready and we couldn't have been happier with the results! He is knowledgeable, with a warm bedside manner. We felt comfortable both in his care and in the hands of his staff members. He clearly put a lot of heart and thought into every aspect of his practice. We are so happy we found him. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!!!

I have been going to this practice for 19 years. It was originally opened by Dr Okun and now by Dr Michael. Dr Michael has done a beautiful job on my children's teeth. It has been a wonderful experience at this practice always and the transition to Dr Michael has been wonderful. As always the staff at Dr Michael's is so friendly and welcoming. I have never been to another doctor's office that has such an efficient, kind and detail oriented staff. I highly recommend this orthodontic practice for anyone needing to better their smile.
