Me and my son had a really great time working with you! The people are very gentle and easy going. Me and my some both had braces, snd it was never a problem. I highly recommend working with David Hughes ortho!!

I had an awful experience with the front desk staff. I called two weeks ago to place an order for new retainers. They mentioned it would be no problem and would give me a call the moment they arrived. Two weeks later I call them and ask what is the status of the retainers. They tell me they had arrived a week ago and were expecting me to show up on a random day that was never communicated to me???? To top it off, they are closing at 12 so even if I wanted the retainers there was no way for me to reach the clinic in time. Hope whoever is coordinating the front desk reevaluates the way the communicate information to patients.

We’ve had a wonderful experience at David Hughes Orthodontics! Dr. Hughes was so honest when my 15-year old son had a consult - he told him braces weren’t necessary at this time. My daughter is nearly done with her treatment plan and we could not be happier. I highly recommend David Hughes if you’d like honest assessment and treatment, along with kind, friendly, and helpful staff!

Janey took care of my son when his permanent retainer broke. It was a tough fix but she was very kind and reassuring. Would recommend this practice overall. My son’s smile has never looked better!

We came for a consultation and everyone from Cynthia at reception, Veronica the record tech, and Lisa the treatment coordinator were so friendly and helpful to both me and my son. I appreciated that everyone we worked with actually spoke TO my son and asked him if he had concerns or questions instead of ignoring him and defaulting to me to do all the talking! Dr. Le was very thorough with her explanations and treatment recommendation and didn’t make us feel rushed. Overall it was a very positive experience!
