We went here today and I cannot say enough good things about Doctor Tom’s Orthodontist office! I never knew a kid could have so much fun at an ortho appointment! The staff here were absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind and so great at making the kids feel comfortable being there. The entire office is such a well oiled machine…they’ve got their processes down pat and I was blown away at how seamless and easy they made everything. I also love that Dr. Tom was honest and wasn’t just recommending things that weren’t needed at this time just to make a buck. Seriously, if you have a child that needs braces or you yourself do, give them a call. You will not be disappointed! They are without a doubt the best at what they do! My son left saying “ I loved that place. That was actually fun and the people were so nice.” 5 ⭐️’s and 2 👍 from us!

We are overjoyed and happy with the referral's from my daughter’s pediatric dentist Eastside Dentistry , Dr Glenn Head, the staff here from the welcome from Riley otp for the appointment all the way throughout her visit…..AND SHE LEFT WITH HER BRACES ALREADY INSTALLED SAME DAY!!! Dr Tom is a wonderful wonderful PROFESSIONAL ORTHODONTIST!! He makes not only the patient feel comfortable, but also us as parents, feel at ease.. I love the fact he is a part of the majority of the process and explains everything, and the office is very inviting and welcoming…it was fun today, today was their “Western Day” in office. Thank you Dr. Tom and office for making our little girl’s experience fun & not scary at all.. The McCauleys

Dr. Tom did such a great job with my oldest son that my second son is now a patient. What sets this office apart is that the doctor and staff are genuine with you. They are not putting on a phoney appearance. I highly recommend going with Dr. Tom's.

Today I had a visit with Dr. Tom and out of all of my visits this was the worse EVER! Let me start off by saying, that I fell behind on a few payments and today I basically paid for it with the worse ortho experience ever only today! As I was sitting in the waiting area a new face lady named Glenda of the practice came out to introduce herself and asked if it was ok that she get me started. I normally love Christi’s work, but me trusting the professional atmosphere I went along and agreed. When I sat in the chair Glenda attempted to unlatch my bottom brackets to remove the wire. The lady kept pulling and tugging and pulling so hard I thought my tooth was going to come out then before I knew it, the bracket broke and she said ooops! At this point I was so uncomfortable I just got up and said I felt uncomfortable and asked if Christy can help me instead. I went over to Christy’s area and then Dr. Tom followed up immediately beginning to instruct Christy on what needed to be done, mind you I was the last patient before he went on vacation. Anyway, he did not apologize on Glenda’s behalf, heck I don’t even think Glenda apologized. Then all of a sudden I guess my hair was in his way(I had a top bun hairstyle) and without even asking he attempted to pull my hair to stuff it in the headrest hole of the chair with force! I told him to stop and then he said I needed to position my head a certain way then he just said nevermind. Like how do you pull someone’s hair?! I am done! I am traumatized from childhood dental care (which I explained to him the beginning of treatment)and this just brought back nothing but flashbacks. Although I did reschedule a follow up, I don’t want to go back. I’m scared honestly! Just because I missed a few payments?! The energy frequency was very hostile and uncomfortable for me. I had to remove myself quickly. I’m honestly scared to go back there!

Great orthodontic team. Dr. Tom and his team are the best. They are very enthusiastic, honest, and kind to everyone. No doubts about them, and the work that they do.
