As an adult in my 60s, I was nervous about starting the orthodontic journey. I felt confident from Day 1 that I was in excellent hands with Dr. McInnis. His years of experience combined with his kindness, professionalism and commitment to shared decision-making made the process effortless and even enjoyable. He does not try to oversell, does not rush the process, and offers wise recommendations every step of the way as he closely monitors the progress. His staff is personable and punctual. I am thrilled with the results - not just the cosmetic difference, but also the noticeable correction of my bite. Don’t waste your time checking anywhere else. This is the orthodontist for you!

The office is nice enough, the staff though wasn't impressive, and I won't be using this orthodontist. The hygienist who brought us back went to take my daughter's pictures for the consultation, sure, fine. When she mentioned needing x rays, I told her I already had some from another orthodontist visit we had one week before, and I'd like to avoid further x ray exposure if possible, so could I email those to be used instead? She sighed and seemed exasperated. When I sent it, she told me it was too blurry, and the other office hadn't lined it up right, okay, again, fine, but we only came for an initial consultation. Once treatment was initiated, then it would make sense to have new x rays done. Then she said they'd need to take a panoramic x ray. I had that one from a dentist visit within the month, and told her so. She literally rolled her eyes and got frustrated and told me to email those as well, which I did. The whole time she was just not pleased, not happy with us at all. My 12 year old could tell also. When we got in to see Dr. McInnis and he went over the treatment plan, the hygienist seemed as though she had adjusted her attitude. The treatment plan was fine, Dr. McInnis recommended jaw surgery to adjust the severe overbite. I really felt like the doctor and the hygienist pushed the surgical option heavily, urging me to call the doctor who does those surgeries and just talk to him, and he was so fantastic, and the surgery was no big deal. Besides that, the focus was placed on how good my daughter would look when she was done with treatment. The doctor pointed to the pictures of local beauty pageant contestants he has hanging on his wall whom he has treated in the past and told us that this girl or that girl had the same starting overbite and look at what treatment did for them, and how beautiful they were once it was done. While I understand braces are largely aesthetic, pointing out physical appearance only to an impressionable 12-year-old girl, didn't especially sit well with me. I don't doubt that Dr. McInnis and his staff are capable of doing good work, but I don't think we would get along well, and if I'm signing up for 2 years+ of seeing the same people every month or so, I'd rather it be someone I enjoy seeing.

We just moved up from Florida and I needed a new orthodontist for myself, husband, and oldest son. We got referred to Dr McInnis through our pediatric dentist. Immediately we were welcomed by Regan, who was super friendly, it's like she becomes apart of your family instantly! Then Dr McInnis... he explained everything to me, gave me and my son the options, and also his professional recommendation. I left feeling like my son had a choice, and that Dr McInnis was going to have our back on whatever that was! The next day we met his colleague who was also nice, more to the point and did answer all of our concerns/questions (we did have our 2 littles with us who were getting antsy so I think she put that into consideration before stepping in with us). Same day, my husband and I got braces! We look forward to continue seeing everyone!

I went in for a consultation, ended up leaving with scans already done for clear aligners. Everyone was so nice and helpful. This is probably the most comfortable and inviting office I have ever been in.

Thorough and polite. The price was comparable, however, they don't charge interest like another local ortho. They also have teeth brightening...lots of ++++ (And my daughter was happy too)
