I have only one complaint. The receptionist is extremely rude and no sympathy towards the customer (could have been WAY nicer with her words). Her quote: “I am wasting her time.” Well it’s HER job to help me find an appropriate time that will work for me. Overall, she was not helpful and didn’t considerate her mistakes! Very disappointed to be treated in that way. I hope she’s not like that towards others!

Dr. McInnis and his entire staff are extremely professional, and they have the patience of Job. They treat their patients with respect and like family. From the time you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. They really are top tier and go above and beyond for their patients.

My family have been using Dr. McInnis & Upstate Orthodontics for many years. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is really nice and friendly. The staff is also willing to go the extra mile for their patients and families.
My son when he first started going in 2016, he had a very real aversion to anyone doing anything to his teeth. The staff here truly helped him and worked with him when he would get overwhelmed. For that alone the staff is amazing.
I would recommend this practice to anybody and everybody.

Dr McInnis works hard to help you achieve your goals. His staff is very well trained and he makes sure everything is right before you leave. I’m so happy I chose this office to for my braces. Can’t wait to see the end results.
