Dr. Hancock and his staff are totally awesome. My granddaughter is 8 and she is so relaxed and comfortable around the entire staff. They are all very professional and knowledgeable. The office environment is clean and friendly. And of course the coins are a real hit. Encourages the children to self care!! Awesome place Highly recommend

Dr. Hancock and his entire staff are amazing. His work is excellent and his communication to my 15 year'old daughter is dead on. She actually listens to him. Impressive!

Dr Hancock and his staff are phenomenal. The ladies in the front are kind, personable and helpful. The dental assistants are knowledgeable and make my son feel comfortable. The office itself is clean and up-to-date. Hancock Orthodontics has many engaging incentives for children, or adults, to take care of their spacers, braces, etc. My son earns token towards a gift card everytime he comes to an appointment with a clean spacer that isnt broken. I love that I don't have to nag or remind him to be responsible, he has an incentive from Dr Hancock. Dr Hancock himself is very skilled, charismatic, and honest. I couldn't recommend this practice enough.

Wonderful staff who always greets us with a smile, remembers past conversations my daughter has had with them, and try to accommodate the best timing for us. The coin system motivates my 9 yr old to be more compliant than she otherwise might be. Dr.Hancock is professional and knowledgeable and I feel confident we are getting the right care for my kids.
