I made an appointment a few weeks ago to have my retainer replaced. A few days after the appointment I was asked to get my dentists approval, which I did. Then 3 days before the appointment they called to confirm and informed me they don’t do the work I needed done. Why wasn’t this told to me when making the appointment or when I was asked to get my dentist’s approval?! I would stay away from this place.
Awesome staff from the front to the back. I always enjoy each and every office visit. Would highly recommend this office.
We came by this place 5 years ago. Doctor's recomendación was wait 5 years for my son treatment. We came back today and doctor said 'we should have done this treatment 5 years ago'. He made all of us feel bad with this. Very unprofessional!! He made us waist 5 years!!
Great place, very flexible hours and are always understanding. Dixie is very nice and cheerful
All the staff is awesome. My favorite well our (me and my kids) favorite and vip to us is Ashley. Dr does great all the time as well. Office is always clean and smells good. My family is happy we have no complaints at all.
