Overall the experience of having and getting off my braces was wonderful. I never had any problems and everything went smoothly. The staff is also very nice. The only thing I regret is having my two front teeth shaved down. My orthodontist said my teeth were uneven, so I agreed to it, but now I regret it. I feel as though my two front teeth were shaved down too much. During the process it did felt like they were taking long. I wish they had stopped to confirm if it was a good length before continuing. When I first saw it- it threw me off a bit, and I eventually got used to it. It is still a nice shape, but I still would have preferred to keep my teeth's original shape though. Just to keep in mind because once you do it- you won't be able to undo it!
Very good experience! Went in for imaging and oral exam but was having dental pain and they took care of it on the spot. Dr. Manela has exceptional bedside manners and was very patient and answered my many questions. Natalia and Roe his dental assistance I think they were, were just amazing! They helped to alleviate my fear of the dentist.
Dr. Manela is very friendly and very thorough with his work. The hygienist and Hispanic receptionist are very sweet and kind. I got a deep cleaning and 3 small cavities filled up with minimal to no pain. Much recommend, very wow and clean. ( ･ω･)b
I just finished with my braces treatment, and the experience was truly nothing but the best! Dr. Kim was very professional & attentive to my needs throughout the whole process. Overall, I’m very happy with my results and highly recommend iCare to anyone who is thinking of getting braces!
Dr. Kim, Karen, and Nataly, they are so kind, friendly, and always able to assist with any questions or concerns I’ve ever had. Defdefinitely recommend it to anyone especially an adult patient who may be a little nervous about braces!
