I broke my retainer when moving and was so distressed. I called their office and left a voicemail at 7:30pm and got a voicemail at 8am the next day. They were able to schedule me within the same day to set up my patient records and document my teeth. They also ordered my replacement retainer and it should be here within a week! Every staff member has been amazing and kind and patient with me, which I’m very grateful for! Definitely recommend! I’m very satisfied with everything I got done with this office.
