Doctors Chetlin and Pechersky are fantastic. My 11 year old daughter was a patient at the Squirrel Hill office and was very nervous about getting braces. Both the doctors and their staff were so pleasant and good natured with her which placed her at ease (something I really appreciated). Even though there was always a steady flow of patients we never spent more than a minute or two in the waiting room after checking in (which I also appreciated). We shopped around and their rates were as good or better than others. Now, her teeth and smile look amazing!

Our family was very happy with the orthodontics at Chetlin and Pechersky! The staff and doctors were always very attentive and made my son feel comfortable through out the whole process of having his braces. Dr. Chetlin was my son's favorite person there, because of his great sense of humor and radiant personality. The offices are state of the art, while being appealing to all ages. I have recommended their services to many of my friends and family, so I highly recommend Chetlin and Pechersky Orthodontics.

Everyone in this office is so kind and flexible. With 5 rounds of braces amongst my children, I have missed many tightening appointments and they are always so accommodating for my reschedule. And with complicated school/sports/kids away at boarding school schedules, the office does the best job finding times that work for us. Most importantly, my kids have all finished up with Chetlin Pechersky with beautiful straight teeth! This is the nicest and easiest of all the drs offices in our family life!

I really can not say enough great things about this office! While I didn't have my orthodontic treatment done here, they helped me immensely in an emergency. I had accidentally thrown my retainers away on Tuesday, and my doctor had recently moved to Texas. Orthodontic treatment is expensive, and to be quite honest, painful, and I was in a panic -- I'm only two months post treatment, and after all the time spent with Invisalign, I was (overly) worried about my teeth shifting.
I called several offices, but because I hadn't completed my treatment with them, they told me they were unable to help me. When I called Chetlin | Pechersky, the staff member who answered the phone was incredibly professional and sympathetic, but most importantly, she reassured me that they could help. She offered me to come in the following morning (Wednesday) at 7:30am and said that my retainers would be ready by Friday morning.
I came to my Wednesday appointment early and only waited maybe 10 minutes before they took me back. The office was incredibly clean and while they definitely cater to children based on the decor, I thought it was super cute and inviting! Everyone was very professional, and you can tell they really care about their patients.
I was able to pick up my retainers this morning -- they were able to deliver them earlier than my appointment time, but I would have waited all day to be perfectly honest. The retainers fit great, the quality is fantastic, and I honestly can't say thank you enough! I've already recommended them to friends with children because they office is just so fun -- definitely a 5 star experience!

I can't say enough about Dr. Chetlin and Dr. Pechersky. My daughter's teeth were extremely crooked and both Dr.'s and their highly helpful staff not only administered braces, but made her feel comfortable. It is now over a year later and her teeth are perfect. The care she received went above and beyond expectations. My son will need braces in the next year and we will be using Chetlin/Percersky Orthodontics again.
