Got a deep cleaning done by Erika, she was very careful and mindful of her movements with the instruments. Kept making sure I was okay and comfortable, also gave me very good instructions on how to take care of my gums, great job thank you!😊 ✌🏼

I've been going here for years and it's been progressively getting worse. I waited well over an hour for a scheduled appointment for a double extraction. The worst was right before surgery when they told me they ran out of oxygen for the laughing gas. It's obvious that the office is not organized and management needs improvement. It's pretty obvious that I will not be scheduling any future appointments.

I was very happy with the way everything was handled at Eastern Dental. The technician was pleasant and helpful. The doctor was concerned and gave me excellent advice on how to handle a potential problem. And the icing on the cake was that I was able to get a cleaning right then and there. The hygienist was terrific. She knew how to maneuver the tools so that nothing hurt, and she told me how to best care for my teeth using the appliances that I use. Love this place.

I love the team at this dental office! India, Shanice, and Zuleika are very respectful and professional receptionists behind the desks. These women work hard to accommodate my dental needs and I hope that they know they are greatly appreciated. I recently had a visit with Dr. Cepelak and his assistant Michelle who were also extremely professional, attentive, and comforting.

UPDATE: I'm a newer patient to this practice. In March 2024 I got braces to fix a minor misaligned teeth issue. I went to pay and the woman filling in at the counter did not know how to process my specific credit card. She asks others. They are of no help. She tells me I need to use another card. I didn't want to do that but the braces were already in. The woman told me to call their billing office the next day to ask for a refund on the card she'd charged. So, the next morning I called and spoke with the woman in billing who told me that the woman at the counter shouldn't have told me that. She said a refund would be difficult to process for them, would take about 6 weeks, and would be mailed to me in a check. I called for an update, left voicemails, no return calls. Late April 2024 was my next orthodontic appointment and I told the woman filling in at the counter (apparently this woman was a Manager; she gave me her card) about my experience. She said I was misinformed by both women. She said I'd have to pay the full amount in order to be refunded the original payment. Begrudgingly, I did. She then suggested it would be simpler if I disputed the original transaction with my bank. I asked her to process my refund (it's several hundred dollars). However, I did reach out to my bank when I got home, and filed a claim, but it was denied. Still no refund. I've called. I've emailed that Manager. No refund. I had an adjustment appointment today (early July). The first young woman who didn't know how to process my card was at the desk. She told me she'd have to send an email to the Manager and I'd have to wait for her to respond. I asked for their boss's business card and she actually told me the boss doesn't have a business card. Four months later...STILL NO REFUND!
Oh, and my two appointments for adjustments have both been rescheduled by their office by 2-4 weeks, so I'll likely be wearing these braces for more than the original time prescribed.
Once these braces are out, I will not be going back.

Services were okay, but, a cleaning, a surgical consult, and a filling all in an afternoon (I was there from 1 pm-4:30 pm) was WAY too long.
