The staff are so kind and respectful not long after I started my treatment I became pregnant on my son who spent the first year of his life in and out of Westchester NICU icu In this time I was not at all seen due to my own negligence,but still paid every month of the time I was not once seen few occasions I paid $1000 in cash and bullied with late fee for each of those months on top of my normal payment plan by Jennifer any way thank god I'm very comfortable in life it's definitely not a money problem it was my sons health but Jennifer who has been harassing me so much I ended my treatment few months later (today) I called just to have an extra dental retainer made that is only $250 but because it's me poor Jennifer decided to make it $340 they said I can pay bye card and they can order today but when I questioned a different staff member why the price from $250 has gone to $340 they had a long pause then said O it's for the office fee what office fee the first Lady said pay 340 and they will order today anyway I thankfully had them orderd somewhere else for $400 again it was never a money thing just Jennifer's rude misconduct belittling behavior does not fall into the medical practice that I sighned up for and Jennifer when u read this the white 2022 c class Mercedes u were steering at while u were screaming at me upstairs when I said why $1400 in late fees 🥰 yes that's mine now enjoy your car ride home in your heep of junk you are no better than any one you miserable wicked women

I’m having concerns with the third party automatic payment system. For starters I had no clue it was a third party (I prefer to pay the office directly) . As far as the office goes, things have been going smooth I guess except I was not told in the beginning that I was not able to get braces at the bottom right away, I was told after they received their huge down payment. I’m pretty sure I would’ve been able to fully start Invisalign for both top and bottom but again I was never told anything. So we’ll see how things go from here…

Dr. Bray and everyone is the office were absolutely wonderful. This was my first visit to their a second office and I couldn’t be happier. The whole team is very sweet, efficient, and just makes the entire experience enjoyable. Please do give them a visit for your orthodontist needs!

The best in the business!! Wouldn’t hesitate to take any of my other kids here. We were always treated with respect and courtesy. Her teeth are all perfect ahead of schedule, and she never complained about any work being done on her teeth. Love these people!!😊🙏

I know this may sound a bit strange, but it feels like you are visiting family when you go to the office. The staff is so warm, friendly and kind. I chose them for my son, because Dr. Bray did my teeth 40 years ago and needless to say, he did a beautiful job. Love this place!
