I am extremely dissappointed with this business to say the least. I had braces as a child, and I went here a few years ago because I had a permenant retainer that broke one day, and needed repair. My teeth had remained straight for 20+yrs with this retainer (basically a little cement dot on each tooth held together with wire). Well, when I got there the Dr. immediately started to talk me out of repairing the retainer, and to remove them, stating that I shouldn't have a retainer on my teeth that long, that my teeth would never move at this point, that my bone structure had changed and the teeth would remain straight now. They gave me a plastic retainer and said I wouldn't need to even wear that, but maybe once a month. Well after about a year my teeth had moved drastically. Here I am needing braces all over again at the age of 44! Needless to say when you are in the business of selling braces, having permenant-retainers doesnt help their business. I would love for them to fix my teeth at no cost to me. But I am pretty confident that wouldn't happen. I need to make a new appointment that will have a price, and I am sure they will tell me I need 5-6k braces for the adjustment that they caused me. Super upset that I let the professionals convince me that they knew best and totally wishing I didnt listen and made them repair what I had that was working :-(

As a new patient, we had such an AMAZING first visit! Ms. Erica was so kind and went out of her way to make my nervous son feel at ease. She made us feel so welcomed and even offered my son a cookie after his visit. The office is beautiful and the staff is so friendly and professional. The doctor was very nice and took extra time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend this office and look forward to seeing them for all our orthodontist needs.

There are no words to describe the amazing experience I have with this practice every time I visit them. Phenomenal, spectacular, I could just go on… How well they educate you in regards to your treatment.. I recommend it 💯.. Everyone is amazing. From Dr. Dudani to the rest of the staff.. They are a family.. Tori is amazing.. She is very sweet and treats me like a queen.. I absolutely adore that. Don’t hesitate to book your appointment now!!! They are are worth it!!! Very appreciative.. thank you!

TenBrook orthodontics is the best clinic possible. They provide exceptional service!
I’m currently wearing clear braces and can’t stop bragging. They are almost invisible yet so powerful. If I knew about this option earlier I’d never waited so long to straighten my teeth.
Dr TenBrook is high qualified orthodontist who gives personal attention to every patient. Wonderful stuff, very polite, kind and professional!

Since they’re asking for my review.. here it is.
My son has been going here for years. Done a few steps to get him ready for braces! Everyone there are nice! My son never had a problem going there. He had to wait it out a little with a spacer, and waiting for teeth to fall out and grow back in. Well it was time for his braces. Went back 2 weeks ago and no longer accept my 1 insurance. Tenbrook wants more money from the insurance for doing the braces. 🤷🏼♀️ Anyway.. I could see no more new patients with that insurance, but to just stop while you have children in the process..
Very upset with this one..
