The orthodontist was very professional and took the time to go over each phase of the treatment plan with me, making sure I knew what to expect and what my options were. Dr. Fooladi is a model of what a good provider/orthodontist should be: kind, patient and thorough. I put off braces for a decade until I did my consult with her. Strongly recommend.

I want to start by thanking Dr. Fooladi and of course Hazel, her assistant. From the first day my daughter and I went to consult with her I felt so comfortable, she was very clear when explaining the treatment plan that we were going to receive. I never thought that my teeth would be as perfect as they are now I am very happy with the results. Dr. Fooladi is the sweetest Doctor I've ever seen, it shows that she loves what she does and worries about giving her best. Thank you so much for being such an amazing Orthodontist you always have the best spirit for your patients that is something I admire from you . ❤️

Dr. Fooladi and Hazel are absolutely amazing. My children (ages 21 and 19) and I have been patients of Dr. Foodali for a decade. My children had braces and I had Invisalign. Our end results came out fabulous! I receive many compliments on my teeth thanks to Smiles 4 Life Orthodontics. Recently, my son lost his retainer. When I called, Hazel was able to fit him in the next day for impressions. Thank you, Dr. Foodali and Hazel for your professional and courteous service.

Dr Fooladi is wonderful! I’ve been sending both of my kids, now 15 and 13 to her for a number of years and my daughter’s braces already came off and her teething look fabulous, my sons are coming off very soon and I expect it to be just as great! Thank you dr Fooladi!
