My son lost the bottom retainer after 3 days from getting them, his gum was bleeding and it hurt
So he misplaced them somewhere
Today when we were trying to get a replacement, I requested if they can lower the price since he never used them. The receptionist was kind enough to ask the manager “Brittany “ but she was rude and inconsiderate to even take few minutes to speak to me. And she dismissed the lady in front. I also asked if she can help me by doing 2 monthly payments she refused.
This message is for you “Brittany “
Be kind and help people because paying 350 for a piece of plastic the second time around is not fair !! Be human and sympathize you never know when it is ur turn to ask for help.

The manager “ Brittany” called me back when she saw my previous reveiw @AsmaaF. not to try to help me but to try finding excuses about her lack of compassion, and professionalism of dismissing my requests and acting all busy and leaving the office while I’m the mother of the child trying to ask for help.
“ Brittany” I know you said on the phone you don’t care about the reviews but parents out there like me need to know what kind of person they will be dealing with. Be Kind !

I wanted to like this place, I was with them for over 2 years. Got my braces done and once we “finished” the treatment I knew something was wrong. My bite wasn’t completely fixed and my front tooth were still not in the right place, I voiced my concern and they told me I should wait a couple of months so my bite alone would adjust (obviously didn’t happen). After 6 months I went back and told them I needed the braces again since my teeth continued to get more and more out of place. They told me I needed 3-6 more months of treatment and they would charge me $3,000 dollars for it ! That’s more than half the price of the whole treatment ! Not keeping in mind I voiced my concern as soon as the braces were off! Now I need a solution and it is mind blowing I’m stuck on paying $3,000 to complete my treatment. I need a solution please

I had a fantastic experience at my orthodontist's office. The entire team is incredibly friendly, and the doctors are not only skilled but also genuinely caring. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making each visit a positive and comfortable experience. I highly recommend this orthodontist place for their expertise, friendliness, and overall exceptional service.

Well, to begin with you see a lot of 5 stars because they offer you a gift card to starbucks after leaving a review or any small gift in general.
2nd. if you are paying out-of-pocket, you might as well go somewhere else because after I got my braces off and did a cleaning, my dentist told me that my teeth is 92% done and not 100% and if I’m paying out of pocket i’m expecting 100% because it may look good from the front but everywhere else from a professional opinion, its not what i paid for. Same thing for if it was covered but out of pocket feels just as bad.
3rd they are not really the best at accompanying you when you voice a concern about your teeth they make it seem like you’re being crazy and that it’s in your head. But then you come back a few months later to voice your concern again about the same teeth and that it needs to be fixed because they didn’t listen to you the first time. Then they have you pay again for what you voiced for to start another round of treatment even though you came to them telling them “if you do this my teeth are not going to be in the position they should be in” Why do I have to pay MORE money if I told you about this problem that’s going to occur earlier before. i’m not going to go into details but you should get the point.
Overall this place isn’t bad, keep in mind the positive reviews are because of the gifts they give you for it or a gift card. But this is just my experience
