There is so many wonderful things that I can say about this office but I want to share my story before I do. I first started my ortho treatment with another office which ended in tragedy. Said office closed without warning, no transfer of care, took all monies paid and owes me money. Said office didn’t finish my treatment either. As I search for another office to finish treatment something told me I had to repay all over again. I found OX Ortho on google called and set up a consult. The treatment coordinator was so great she did what she could to work with me. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile. The doctors are wonderful and I can’t forget the clinical team. Having great customer service, informative staff with excellent communication, while maintaining an office environment that’s so welcoming to their customers is somewhere anyone wants to be. I have worked in healthcare since 2006 and these days it’s extremely difficult to find an office with such great qualities. OX Orthodontix not only has exceptional work their customer service is EVERYTHING!!! If you are looking for a great smile please choose them as your go to you won’t regret it.

i love going to OX for my treatment. my journey has been a little rough considering how bad my teeth have been but i am loving how it is coming together. the team works so well together and you definitely feel comfortable when being treated. i absolutely recommend them!!

I can’t say enough about their practice! From clean and modernized offices to convenient texting options and app monitoring it has made my ortho experience so much easier! The front desk, staff and providers are all amazing!

Excellent patient service. Ever since I started my treatment here a couple years ago, the staff has been absolutely amazing and my treatment has been progressing splendidly. I would definitely recommend for family and friends
