I love love love this office and so do my kids! I must if I had/have 3 kids get their braces there :). They are ALWAYS friendly, timely, communicate well, and keep a clean office. I have recommended this office to several of my mom friends!

We are so impressed by this practice! Both of their locations are perfectly clean and we have not had to wait past our apointment time. What kid wants to get braces? But the staff here made kids kids feel welcome and ready for this hard transition. Both girls commented that everyone was so nice! A special shout out goes to Claudette (front desk) and Brandy.

This place is a gem and a rarity. Everyone looks and sounds like they love what they do and exude positive and courteous energy in taking care of the patients. Doctor Lee is attentive and caring, and has impeccable bedside manners. The clinical staff, Vickie, Bernie, Paige, Dhayana, and everyone else make people feel so special like you are the only patient they have. For instance, my 10 year old son is so picky with going to any doctor’s office it takes an extraordinarily friendly environment to gain his trust. Bernie did that for him on his first day we went in to get his orthodontic work done and it was a breeze after that for many appointments that lasted over a year. Vickie did that for me. I got braces recently and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to do it. One time I broke a bracket at work and asked if I go in after work. Vickie waited for me late, way past their opening hours so she can take care of it. I couldn’t believe the kindness, but I am certain that is how she always is with everyone.

My daughter loved going to SMB, which speaks volumes because what kid loves having braces!? The staff was very friendly and our appointments were on time. We'll certainly recommend SMB to our friends and family.

Our family loves Burk and Flinn, staff is great and my children feel heard and confident during their visits. They always answer all of our questions and are flexible with appointments. I have recommended Burk and Flinn to family and friends and we have never been disappointed.
