Honestly the best dental assistant facility I have ever been a part of. From the moment you come in they make you feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone working here is kind and skilled, and meeting Dr. Markova was an honor. Made me look forward to coming in for every next appointment. Easy five stars.

My son broke a bracket on his metal brace whilst on holiday with us in the USA. I didn’t know how to get it fixed until a dentist referred us to VCO. We went in without an appointment or referral and less than an hour later the brace was fixed! I was so grateful and relieved. And it wasn’t too expensive- $175 for the whole thing, which was less than I was expecting for an emergency situation. The staff were lovely, the place was sparkling clean, there were lots of patients (it’s clearly popular) but people were seen efficiently. I couldn’t fault anything.

Dr. Markova and her staff are amazing. They set out a plan for my Invisalign treatment, and it’s improved my teeth dramatically. They have also been very proactive in addressing my concerns, and you can tell they are always trying to go the extra inch with small but valuable gestures. (The kombucha and cookies are as good as they say). Well-deserved 5 stars.

I brought my daughter to VCO to have her teeth evaluated for some issues she was having. We had heard great things from a lot of her classmates. While there, I inquired about my own teeth out of curiosity. Fast forward a few months and now I have Invisalign. The office is so inviting, the staff is friendly and Dr. Markova is top notch. She really makes you comfortable knowing you are in good hands. I highly recommend!

Dr. Markova is the best! I visited three orthodontists for an opinion on my daughter’s teeth and she was the only one who said she could straighten them without using an expander. The entire team has been so kind and patient throughout the process. My daughter will get her braces removed next appointment and she’s so excited for her beautiful smile!!
