Over many years Dr. Meiser has expertly seen me through a number of complex dental procedures from fillings and crowns (made right in the office--no need for temporaries!) to a recent dental implant! He is very knowledgeable about state of the art dentistry. You know you are in very capable hands. Karen the dental hygienist is amazing as well---gentle and thorough with knowledge to share. Front desk Miriam is efficient and very well-organized. What a fabulous team for keeping my teeth and gums healthy! The office is spotlessly clean, bright and welcoming. I actually look forward to dental visits. I highly recommend!

I had to wait 42 minutes past my appt. No one was working in billing so I could check about my insurance. Quite annoying as it is the second time my last two visits. Dentist is great when he gets to you. The staff are as great as the dentist. They go above and beyond by squeezing you in when necessary. They are not the best in speed, but are great in trying to help.

This was my first visit to Lighthouse Family dentistry. I was pleased with the thorough cleaning that I had. The hygienist, Karen seemed very competent and explained all that she was doing clearly. I liked Dr Meiser. His assessment seemed consistent with what I would expect given the regular dental care that I have had in the past. He was warm and friendly, which I appreciated very much.
The office is bright and cheerful. My single objection to the office is that they were playing a Christian music station. I found this unpleasant.

So glad I found Lighthouse. I went to another dentist and was quoted 13k in dental work including extractions and a bridge. They were very pushy that I has to get the work done that day. They said I had an infection but wouldn't prescribe antibiotics unless I consented to them doing the work. Something didn't feel right so I left. I had just moved to Maryland and was able to call my former dentist who prescribed antibiotics. After a round of antibiotics I felt fine. Came to Lighthouse for a second opinion. Staff was so kind and friendly. No issues at all with the tooth the other dentist said needed to be extracted. In fact no issues at all on that side of my mouth. Highly recommend this place.

I LOVE this Dentist's Office! He and his staff are awesome. Dr. Meiser does great work and he took extra time to be sure I was completely numb before starting work on my fillings. I have always had problems with needing more of the numbing injections than other people for some reason... in the past, I've even had dentists say that I "definitely had to be numb by now" and acted like the pain was all in my head... not this dentist! He was so patient, very thorough, and said patient comfort is his first priority.
Also, the staff is always super polite and helpful. I once had to reschedule an appointment three times because of stuff with my kids and Miriam was so understanding and accommodating. Plus they accept Healthy Smiles Insurance. I 100% would recommend them to my own friends and family.
