The Doctor is fine no issue with him. The issue was with one of the office staff. I went for my regular cleaning and the lady told me that they could not do it because I was due for a deep cleaning, therefore, They could not do a regular cleaning. I called my insurance and told me that I was allowed two cleaning at year regardless. So in conclusion, these people wanted me to get the deep cleaning just because they want to charge more. That lady is hungry for money... She does not care about the patients.

If I can give ZERO stars I would. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND this practice. They DONT know what they are doing. The staff, not only mentioning the office manager, is VERY RUDE. They do not care for their patients. Their highest priorities are patients with procedures, higher paying patients. They had me waiting 3 1/2 hours because the doctor was running behind, to find out they were trying verify the elegibitlity on my insurance. The follow up visit had to be rescheduled to a later time in the day to only be rescheduled for next week upon walking in. They don’t call you prior to walking in to your visit to advise you THE DOCTOR IS ALWAYS RUNNING BEHIND. The Office manager then scheduled me for the following Saturday, first appointment in the morning due to this inconvenience. I showed up in time and the first patient of the morning to prevent such issues. Someone walks in and they take that patient in prior to even considering my exsistence. After a 33 minute wait, the office manager then asks me why I’m there so early. The appointment was scheduled for a later time. She even told me the girl who scheduled me will be fired because of the incedent. (Remind you, she was the one who gave me the appointment to begin with) She told me to go back in two hours and right before I leave my house I called to make sure she will be seen. At that point she told me I had to reschedule my appointment because the doctor WILL BE RUNNING BEHIND due to his high priority of a procedure patient. DONT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. This office is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and do not know how to treat patients with respect in handeling patient concerns.

I have called their office 4 times in the span of 3 days to make an appointment to get my teeth checked and still have yet to have been giving a call back or anything. The lady on the phone has no interest in talking to anyone. Needless to say I'm changing dentist.

wow! so unprofessional place , They took advantage of my 84 y.old Mom. On the phone a lady name Ivonne gave her all the wrong information and when she got there no one to hold accountable for the wrong info. the result ; my mom end up paying for something that she did not need.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! Very nice staff and the Drs are amazing! I was so scared on going to the dentist but everyone made me feel so comfortable from the front desk person to the assistants to the Dr. It was a wonderful experience and the office was so nice and clean definitely will be recommending to friends and family!!!
