UPDATE: Look at their completely UNPROFESSIONAL and ignorant response. Save your time and money by not coming here. (Also still haven’t been reimbursed for our CLOSED claim from May, but they have the time to respond to the review.) Unfortunately this dentist office is scamming patients. WARNING that before you come here, they will charge you the total cost of your appointment then bill your insurance, they promise a “reimbursement” and never send it. I was told my husband’s claim was still open and that they had received no payment from his insurance company so I called the insurance company and they did in fact pay the office and the claim has been closed since July. Still haven’t heard back about his reimbursement. They also admitted on the phone to double charging my husband on two separate occasions and haven’t communicated with us on how they will fix it. Reporting for insurance fraud and so incredibly disappointed with the way we’ve been treated through the process. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not come here.

I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received here and will not be returning. I am still waiting on a reimbursement from the office for a closed claim and have not received it. The office admitted to charging me twice at my last appointment and still have not be in contact with me for a refund after multiple attempts of trying to contact them. They will charge your insurance and you, then promise a reimbursement but when asked they lied and stated that the claim had not been closed. I spoke to the insurance company myself and they told me the claim had been closed for over a month. The dentist is always in a rush and it’s a very unprofessional environment, would NOT recommend and did NOT receive “excellent” care. Do not come here. Instead of taking the proper steps to rectify the situation and return phone calls they post a response calling my wife an idiot. They are the most unorganized unprofessional group of people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Thanks to you and your staff for being so kind and making my first visit a great experience. I was very nervous walking through the office door. Dr. Precaj and staff made me feel so comfortable with my extraction. I thank them all for that. the doctor and staff are super friendly and very professional. The Prices are very reasonable compare to my previous dentist. I will definitely continue my future repairs with them. Thank you.

The staff here I have to say is just awesome!!!!!! They fit me right in when I needed it the most and when my tooth ache was so bad . The ladies up front were so helpful and the x ray technician was so nice as well and the Dr even greeted me as soon as I went to back and that made me feel comfortable from the start and he went over a few options and let me decide which one was best for me at the time. Just a all around good visit even with getting a root canal done... I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone.

This dentist is phenomenal, my 1st check up was extensive, he notice tiny red dot in my mouth told me to go get it check out. I went to my primary and they did extensive blood work and found I have Sjogren syndrome. If it wasn't for this dentist I would of never known.
Staff it's amazing. I just had my cleaning and it was the best I ever had. Thank you Dr. You saved my life. Thank you for going above and beyond and for caring. Pls people go see your dentist, you never know.
