I am traveling and cracked a tooth. The office is amazing. From the first phone call, everyone was friendly, professional and honest. The cost was very reasonable and I really felt like they had my best interest in mind. The doctor was honest with my options, and repaired my tooth for my traveling. I wish I could come back here for the crown I need or take this whole office with me! Thank you so much.

I made an appointment yesterday for an emergency tooth consult. I cracked a tooth while sleep eating one night (🤣) and had no pain until suddenly I was in SO much pain. I saw a different dentist office initially who quoted me $2,500 out of pocket before even addressing the cracked painful tooth (????). They also stuck a bunch of tools in my mouth that was swollen and store. So naturally I walked into this appointment for a second opinion pretty much holding back tears knowing it would hurt. SO GLAD I GOT A SECOND OPINION. I wish I remembered who helped me today but she was beyond sweet, didn’t judge me for my teeth and even complimented the rest of my teeth. We did X-rays that didn’t hurt, and when she realized the second part of the exam started to hurt she got pictures a different way that didn’t hurt at all. She then got the Doctor who didn’t poke or prod at ALL- just looked in with a mirror and then they recommended a root canal before doing anything else. The staff at the front made an appointment for me on Monday to get the root canal, and then reviewed all my future costs & when I should come back to see them for the crown. Everyone was so kind and it didn’t hurt! It was so fast and painless. Definitely a busy office but they staff appropriately. I was impressed how soon I saw the dentist after my initial consult as well. If you are considering them, definitely make the appointment!! They have good reviews for many good reasons.

This is one of the friendliest dental practices I’ve ever been to, and as a military spouse, I have seen many providers. Their customer service is excellent, their facility is modern and comfortable, and their staff and dentists are very knowledgeable and stay up-to-date on dental technology and innovations.
I had a billing discrepancy from one of my visits, and they were quick to respond to my issue and resolve it. The hygienist who cleans my teeth has been very gentle and accommodating to my sensitive teeth. This is very important for my nervous system because, like many people, I get anxiety at my dental appointments. However, this practice has made me feel very at home and cared for in-office and when speaking to them over the phone. I actually look forward to my visits because they are so welcoming and their services are top-notch.

Kathy is the greatest, so kind and caring and clear about everything. The docs make u feel like family. I have never been to a dentist that is this awesome. Everyone was professional, the dentist made me feel at ease. Great experience. Go gators
