Shout out To the entire team as well accommodating me even though I was late!! My new home for all my dental work 5 stars!

I recently had multiple individual implants installed by Dr. Navanit at Smile Design. The procedure was absolutely painless, and the results were perfect. Liz, the office manager, makes it easy to explore your options, and Dr.Navanit is an outstanding professional.

My experience at smile design has been the best in my life. I have found my soulmate dentist. Everyone from the front desk all the way to the back and home are the best I am so happy I found them.

I only has 1 visit at Smile Design. They did an exam & xrays. Then showed me a treatment plan. I took a copy of plan to review & noticed that each procedure had 2 fees associated with it. I called back to find out why. I was told that there is a fee for those without insurance and another fee for those with insurance. The insurance fee is exorbitant and 50-80% higher than the other fee. Because I have a plan which reimburses fir a small amount of dental fees annually, I was charged almost $400 for the visit. It would have been $49 if no insurance were presented. I canceled my upcoming appointments because I feel this is exploitation and each patient should receive the same charge for services given. The initial visit was a 45 minute wait before being seen. Staff was generally kind and showed good customer service.
