I absolutely love this dental office. Every doctor and dental assistant I've met have been so amazing, so kind, gentle and very knowledgable. Every-time I go everybody, greats me and remembers details about me so it’s a very personal and comfortable experience. Im terrified of getting dental work but when I expressed my fear they always made sure I was comfortable. Thank you guys for keeping my teeth healthy and beautiful!

Hancock Village Dental is the best and I HIGHLY recommend Dr Kasem and Dr Nguyen! The girls at the front desk make you feel very welcomed and are very friendly. Dr. Nguyen did my last procedure, he was very patient with me (I get nervous!) and explained everything he was going to do. I didn't feel a thing 😅 His hygienist Kendra was fantastic, she was very caring, gentle and reassuring!! Oh yes, I have been going for quite a few years and I feel like I am apart of their family.

I had a very pleasant experience getting work done on my teeth here at Handcock Village Dental. The staff are truely exceptional and you can tell they all love their work. They all listened to my concerns and took them into consideration. I did not have any pain during the procedure either! I met the cutest puppy while there too. Icing on the cake if you ask me.

Hancock village dental went above and beyond any other dental office I have ever been to. They made me feel comfortable and seen the moment i walked in the door. The whole team was very knowledgeable and personable. Each team member I encountered went an extra step to make me have a great experience. I will definitely recommend this office to anyone. This was my first visit and I already feel like they treated me like family.

Hancock Village Dental is a Unicorn! I have never in my 66 years been to a dentist’s office like this one. I am terrified of dentists, but when I called and heard the calm, genuine voice on the phone it made an impression on me. I was shaking from fear when I walked in for my exam, but shaking from excitement when I left. I have some physical issues right now, and they were very accommodating. They calmly and patiently figured out a way to take the X-rays that they needed. The amount of time that the office personnel (I don’t know everyone’s names yet so I don’t want to leave anyone out by naming a few) and Doctor Kasem spent with me is unheard of today. They explained everything to me, showed me images of what was possible, and asked if I had any questions. On the day of my procedure, it was at 8:00am, I had to take my medicine earlier than usual and on an empty stomach which made me nauseous, and as soon as they heard that I was offered a smoothie! Does your dentist keep smoothies for you? The medicine that I take makes me cold, and then hot so I brought my fuzzy socks, a sweater, and blanket as well as my cold pad. They let me get all comfy, got three pillows for me for my shoulder, and said they have blankets too. What??? A dentists office that offers blankets??? Stop!!! Okay, when I say that I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever, I mean no pain whatsoever! You could call Dr. Kasem a perfectionist, but is that really a bad thing when we’re talking about your smile and self esteem? I’m telling you honestly, I have never seen such loving, genuine, tender hearted people working together in one office, and they are all there for you!
