Great staff! Dr. Mariano is the best! Ultra dental implant, the best way to go! No waiting for months for work to be completed.
I originally posted about 2 years ago after having an ultra implant placed. Today I am updating because I am having more dental work done and I am still very pleased with my care. The office staff is very professional, skilled, kind, and friendly. They will place a blanket on you if you're cold or give you an extra neck pillow, to keep you comfortable. It's great to have funny animal videos to watch in the treatment rooms, it relieves nerves! Aside from these comforts, Dr. Marcano is the best, an exceptional, highly intelligent dentist that really cares about and prioritizes his patients' outcomes, it's not just about getting the work done. He explains everything so a patient understands and gives options. Dental work is expensive wherever you have it done. A patient should expect to have pay, and be prepared for fees. It's unfair to give a great dentist a bad review because you expected charity dental work! This office's prices have been very fair and discounts given have helped me afford the work I need done. I highly recommend Dr. Marcano and his staff, and I travel all the way from Colorado for his care, so that should speak volumes.

I hate going to the dentist but I have been going to Dr. Marcano for over 10 years now. I like that he numbs my mouth up when necessary so that I don't feel anything. I always go for my yearly cleaning and he has done root canals/crowns on me. He always takes time to talk to you on ways he can help you with your teeth.
The staff is really nice and they answer the phone all the time to make my appointments or for any questions. He's easy to find, right off Orange Avenue & the wait time has always been pretty good. This is why I go to him time and time again.

Be careful with this practice...Dr. Marcano staff didn't process a claim or for whatever portion was denied and they NEVER INFORMED ME THAT I HAD A BILL.!!!! NOW 3 YEARS LATER THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS AND COLLECTIONS HAD NO PROBLEM FINDING ME. WHEN I CALLED THEY ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT THEY NEVER CONTACT BUT NOW IM COLLECTIONS WHAT YOU GONNA DO ABOUT IT. INFURIATING!!!!!!! IM SO FURIOUS THEY PUT INERRONEOUSLY IN. COLLECTIONS.
Response to Dr - may that be as it is - I don't like someone insinuating that I lied about something I was informed be it a info practice or not. My opinion will stay as is, and I'm entitled to it. Why would I want to ruin my previous good experience for a lie?
I've always had a good experience with Dr. Marcano and the office throughout 7 years, and now I had to have a root canal on a cavity and it should be filled or so I thought. They stated that I need a cap that is going to be over $500. HELP AND HAVE CONSIDERATION people are struggling. Please give a discount of long time customers. BTW asking for a discount for a long time customers doesn't constitute "forcing you" to give anything. Because I'm now FURTHER disappointed that this situation has become messy. I have a right to voice my discontent about the way this is being handled. I'm not asking for you to do anything illegal as it has been alleged. Furthermore, I was verbally stated that I was not going to be charged for fixing the teeth I paid for $4,000 and now it's another story. I do not lie about such things - insinuating that a customer is saying lying is not professional.

This is rare to say but I actually enjoy coming to my dentist appointments now. The staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Marcano always takes his time and explains everything he is doing. I also really appreciate I never leave in pain. Great team here! Highly recommended!

Dr. Marcano is a excellent doctor. He explained me the entire process that he was going to perform in my mouth simple and clear. His staff is very well trained and they made me feel very good. I would like to thank all of them.
