Everyone here was amazing at putting me at ease when I found out I may need root canal and do need deep cleaning for periodontal. They were so compassionate and kind and the deep cleaning did not hurt. A lot of people in my family have had deep cleaning at their dentists and have always told me it would be painful yet it wasn't. So I'm thinking my hygienist here is just a genius that I was lucky to find. My teeth came out so so clean and barely any pain. I am so grateful to have found this place!!! Oh also they did great with my 10 year old daughter and husband too. Again, whole team is amazing!!

Paula is the best hygienist ever to work on my teeth. She’s kind and gentle but incredibly thorough. The front office staff is fantastic as well. I’m so glad I found Champions Gate Dentistry!

The staff here are really friendly and amicable to work with. From the moment I walked in I was nicely greeted and taken care of. The office itself looks and feels very high end with modem Devore and large space to wait for your appointment.
Once I got in to have my hurting molar checked, the assistant doing the x-rays was very warm mannered and compassionate. I felt absolutely comfortable here and not anxious in any way. After a few x-rays, the issue was spotted and I meds and a recommendation to have a root canal done.
Unfortunately, the root canal cannot be done here so I do have to go see a specialist for it and then come back for the crowning. I really did enjoy my time spent here and felt like I was in good hands.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Champions Gate Dentistry. I had scheduled an appointment with them a month in advance, specifically choosing a day and time that aligned perfectly with my work schedule. However, despite my careful planning and clear communication about my availability, the dentist unilaterally decided to move my appointment to a different time without any regard for my commitments.
The day before my appointment, I received a call from their office informing me that my appointment had been rescheduled. To my utter dismay, the new time they proposed was completely inconvenient and clashed with my work responsibilities. When I questioned why this change was made, I was told that because I hadn't confirmed the appointment the day before, they assumed I was no longer available and decided to rearrange their schedule without consulting me.
This level of disregard for a patient's time and prior commitments is completely unacceptable. As a busy professional, I meticulously plan my schedule in advance, including my dental appointments. By arbitrarily changing the time without my consent, not only inconvenienced me but also demonstrated a lack of respect for their patients' time and schedules.
Furthermore, the lack of consideration displayed by champions, gate dentistry and their staff is deeply concerning. A dentist's office should prioritize clear and effective communication with their patients, ensuring that any changes to appointments are discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with the level of service I received from champions, gate dentistry I will not be returning to this practice and would caution others to think twice before scheduling an appointment here. Patients deserve better treatment and respect for their time and commitments.

I’ve been coming to Champions Gate Dentistry since moving to Florida in 2020 and I’ve received the same excellent service every single time! I have since relocated to Lakeland and I still make the drive for my appointments! The entire staff is the best! Very kind, courteous, accommodating, and I can’t forget about the blanket they provide for me to be comfortable during my appointments! They are the absolute best! I highly recommend!
