I do not want to recommend this clinic to anyone! They are so nice and friendly but very expensive and if you let them, they will take advantage of you! Specially if you don't have insurance! So bad! I took my friend to this dental clinic and she had cavities and two bad tooth and we went last week first for some x-rays and check out. We left $200 as deposit and the next week when we get there for a deep cleaning, they wanted to charge her $500 for it. Come on!! $700 it's a fair price for some x-rays and a deep cleaning?? No! It's not, even if you don't have insurance they should give you a discount but instead that, they charge you more for not have insurance! So bad! I didn't wanted to leave this bad review about them but, it's not fair for how much they charge Specially to Spanish people! No bueno! God bless them for being taking advantage of others. 👎🏾
I really can not believe this place is still in business. I went here a couple of months ago and they told me several things needed to be done to my teeth. Everything I needed done would have cost around $500. So I left feeling upset that my teeth were this bad. Well I decided to get a second opinion. I'm really glad I did before I gave them any of my money. Because I did not need any of the things they said I needed done. The proof is in the X-rays. These people are scammers and they are just looking to drain your bank account. I absolutely do not reccomend this dental office.
Worst experience of my Life! I recieved fill-ins and the Dr was so horrible and rough. My mouth was hurting for 24hours instead of only 4 hours. I recently went and got a teeth cleaning. The hygienist lady cleaned my teeth so quick it didnt even feel like it was cleaned. I feel like I wasted money. It's like she was in a rush. To top it off you are waiting for an hour on every visit and this is with an appointment. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I will never go back there again. I'm mad at myself for returning after the bad experience with my fill-ins. I do not recommend!
I went to get a cleaning! What a great experience! The staff are really nice and knowledgeable! The Dentist Dr. Vera is Awesome ! Had cavities, but they didn’t force me like other dentists, they just said fix them when you get the money! Definitely be back !
If I could give a zero I would, first of all it should always be about good customer service not just from the staff but from the dentist as well. When you call to make an appointment they sound like they don’t want to be bothered. My mother was on the phone and before she could hang up the guy said I don’t see patients on the phone an walked out. First of all without customers u wouldn’t have a career, he could’ve asked her to hang up in a nice way. Are put a sign up that says I don’t see patients on the phone. I would just say this, don’t wait to late find u a better dentist office because this isn’t it..
