I recently had a deep cleaning with Jeni and I am extremely impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Jeni made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were thorough in explaining the procedure, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had. During the cleaning, Jeni was meticulous and gentle, ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She was attentive to my needs, frequently checking in to make sure I was okay. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail, which resulted in an excellent outcome. My teeth have never felt cleaner, and I am confident that my oral health has significantly improved. The staff was also very friendly and the dentist was great. I highly recommend Jeni for anyone needing dental care. 😊
It was my first appointment at this office. Of course I brought my nerves and some fear with me as well as my prayers. I hate going to the dentist!!! I was greeted and invited back for intake immediately. After sitting for less than 5 minutes, I was in the dental seat. The area was very clean!!! During my procedure Miriam was very professional and constantly made sure I was comfortable. The procedure that I had was done with precision and quickness. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Patel, Miriam and the office staff. Everyone was very professional and personable. Thank you all for a great experience! I highly recommend this dental care team!
This review is for the first day of my visit: Care I received from Dr. Patel was exceptional. He listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized plan of treatment. I highly endorse Dr. Patel for his excellent service and expertise. I liked the counseling from financial consular as-well. I have been going to this dentist since 2017 that I moved to Florida. I feel very fortunate to have found them and cannot recommend them enough. All and I do mean ALL of the staff have always been incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. They only recommend what you Need to have done and respect discussing all options. This is the first dentist I have been able to trust in my adult life. They truly care about the whole person and making sure people feel welcomed and happy with the services. The front office ladies have top notch customer service and the hygeniests and dentists are as well! As long as I live in Florida, they will always be my dentist.
Best dental office I’ve ever been to! Went to them last year for emergency wisdom teeth removal, I was so impressed that I actually switched over to them as my normal dentist. Other oral surgeons had me on a month-long wait list for just a consultation even though I was in horrible pain and couldn’t even chew. The Dental Center of Jacksonville brought me in almost immediately and within a week I had my wisdom teeth out. Throughout the entire process every single person on the staff was extremely kind, sympathetic and efficient. A year later and I have had multiple routine cleanings and checkups and I am still just as impressed with them! I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so. So glad to have found them!
