I recently had a dental appointment and I must say, the level of professionalism displayed by the entire team was truly commendable. The dental assistants, in particular, were incredibly cheerful, which immediately put me at ease. Their positive and warmth made a significant difference to my overall experience. The doctor who attended me took time to explain each step of the procedure, ensuring that I was comfortable and well informed. He was not only patient and attentive, but also took the time to listen to my concerns. This level of empathy is something that I have rarely encountered in my previous dental experiences. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking a professional, patient and attentive dental team.
Perhaps the best and most professional dental staff that I have ever experienced. The dentist there know what they are doing and perform quality work. I feel that the prices are fair and reasonable compared to other dentistry. I have had tooth extraction, crown and implant done and so far everything has gone well.
This Dental Clinic is truly one of a kind. The experience feels more like a spa treatment than a traditional dental appointment that most people dread. I highly recommend everyone visit and meet the hygienist named Mechelle, as well as Dr. Tim Bradley and the friendly front desk staff. Mechelle is a fantastic hygienist who genuinely listens to her patients, including myself. I even wonder if she knows how to play the piano, as her hands are so gentle during cleanings that she could put me to sleep. The overall experience at this clinic is so pleasant that it feels more like a trip to the spa than a dental visit. I have already recommended Mechelle to all of my friends who are looking for a new Dentist and Hygienist - this place truly deserves 5 stars.
Honest dentistry at its best from the front office to the other professionals who are part of this organization. I needed a quick honest response to my dental issues and I received it. As a retired USAF officer we have to pay our own dental and they worked with me on the financial end as well to be able to afford a plan to complete my dental issues. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.
I had arrived a little before 3:30PM to get my temporary bridge adjusted and put back in; because, it came out and they closed at 4PM. I almost had to wait until Monday afternoon due to no Saturday availability and none of the doctors were still there. However, an assistant volunteered to take me, said that she could do it and got me right just in time for the weekend; she did a great job and my bite was much improved!!: )
