I was very pleased with my first visit to Ortega Dental. Dr. Flores and entire staff is above excellent in professionalism from check-in all the way through the end. Both hygienists were very gentle and caring during the X-rays, oral exam, and cleaning. Questions were answered in a courteous and professional manner. I’ve always been the one to pay close attention to cleanliness in medical and dental offices especially on the first visit, and Ortega Dental is beyond excellent for cleanliness. I’m grateful for the Club payment package and all its benefits.
Ortega Dental is a bright, clean dental office. The atmosphere was positive and all the staff were friendly and warm. Stephanie is a fantastic hygienist! She was thorough in explaining the purpose of X-rays and gave me great education around the dental cleaning process. She always made sure to check in to see if I was feeling any discomfort. Dr. Flores was also very kind and explained areas of concerns with my teeth in a gentle, concise manner. I was in/out in one hour and I left feeling better about going to the dentist. 😁

I have been coming here for a couple years. Lovely office, AMAZING customer service. Everyone is so friendly. I had my first deep gum cleaning and I was so nervous but Stephanie did an amazing job and I was never in pain during or after. Everyone is so good about being patient and answering questions even Dr Flores. That’s definitely hard to find now a days. I would definitely recommend this office for your dental care!
I have been going to Dr. Florres for quite some time now. He is one of the best dentists ever. He is professional, thorough, and kind to his patients. Carla, our Dental Hygienist, is so great and caring. Also, the front office staff is very friendly in person or over the phone. I am very pleased with cleanliness of his office as well.
