I've been a patient of Dr. Ku's for fifteen or more years, having needed 5 crowns over time, as well as replacement of 30+ year old fillings. He does good work, and has a personable, approachable chair-side manner.

I think Dr. Ku is the best. I had always dreaded root canal's, but I have now had a couple done by Dr. Ku and they have been pain free. He is also very friendly, personable and caring. His office has state of the art equipment that allows you to see your teeth issues immediately on the screen. I highly recommend this office for dental work.

I don't know what the naysayers are talking about. I was a patient there in 2017 with a dental plan where I received routine dental cleanings and got a couple cavities and a crown done. I had no issues whatsoever with my insurance coverage. The staff and Dr. Mario Ku were very professional and performed excellent work. It was a normal dental experience in a normal dental practice with normal bedside manner. The haters just need to stop hating.

I used to go to this dentist and I had a great experience last time. Unfortunately, I cannot go anymore due to them not taking my insurance. This normally would not be a problem (stuff like that happens all of the time), however I was not notified that my insurance was not taken anymore before my appointment. I was already in the waiting room before they called my insurance provider and then told me they couldn't see me that day unless I paid full price. I realize slip-ups happen, but the excuse the staff gave me sounded more like they were too lazy to check.

As a woman, I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable with Dr Ku's bedside manner. After telling me that I had two cavities, in which I was noticeably disappointed, he asked "oh are you going to cry?" and then proceeded to ruffle my hair and rub my arm. He has also tried to sell me on unnessecary and expensive "preventative" treatments and teeth bleaching, then made me feel guilty after declining.
The hygienists were very aggressive with their flossing techniques and seemed to almost want to hurt my gums. A coworker of mine referred me to them because we work nearby, but has stopped going to him because of their botched/expensive dental work (crowns).
I should have known better than to go to a small dentist office in a strip mall, SUPER sketchy.
