The staff at Pearl Family Dentistry are not only knowledgeable but kind and understanding. They go above and beyond to make sure their patients feel like they are heard and cared for. I could have not asked for a better dental office despite the fact that I hate going to the dentist I absolutely enjoy my dental checkups and Dr. Patel is the sweetest and such an amazing dentist. I would definitely recommend this office any day and to anybody. Quality. Knowledge and most important you can see they love what they do.

Thank you Pearl Family Dentistry for reclaiming my teeth’s health and making more confident in my smile. Walking into the office I was nervous, I have been having gum and teeth pain for months. I really was convinced there was nothing to do. Thankfully the doctor and the other staff did a deep cleaning and give me the proper care to restore my gums. I will definitely be coming back.

I wanted an implant but I was skeptical at first because of the horror stories that I have read and heard but Dr. Patel clearly explained to me all of my opinions and it's advantages.
I have full upper denture with 4 implants and partial on my lower and I'm really glad I had them do it because I can now eat properly and speak with confidence.
Dr. Zinal Patel and her team; Erin and Stephanie and the rest of the staff are all caring and friendly and passionate at what they do. I highly recommend Pearl Family Dentistry.

Would give zero stars if possible. Had to see a specialist after a visit to Pearl. Needed root canal surgery on a tooth that never was a problem until my visit Dr. Patel. Had a cap replaced and they asked for a $375. Copayment even though I had two separate insurance companies. They told me I would be reimbursed after both insurance companies paid them. Bottom line I had to get Pa Attorney General’s office involved to get my refund which took 6 months.Very unprofessional and an overall horrible experience. Zero stars!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience. I and my kids were asked to pay additional fee for every other visit. I was given appointment for 10:30 am morning and I had a message sent for appointment confirmation . My kids appointments confirmations for following week reminders were sent . When I was in terrible tooth pain called the office. I was told relationships with me and my kids were inactived long back.
Terrible staff, not honest, money making clinic.
