Being a new pt any where you never know what to expect. I was totally impressed the facility was clean, everyone was smiling and friendly. Lala went above and beyond she is wonderful. Felicia is so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this office, first impression are very important to me, I was impressed from the time I walked in until I left 10 stars

It was my first time coming to them (I don't typically see the dentist) and I had to have a tooth pulled. They were great with explaining and taking the time to make sure it was done right. Great staff with upbeat personalities and professional senses of humor. Put me at ease right away.

I had to switch dentists because my previous office stopped taking my insurance. I dreaded the change, but now I'm glad it happened...
Every staff member I interacted with at Ephrata Family Dentistry was friendly and personable. The hygienist, Erin, was super nice and patient with my questions. She told me everything she was going to do before she did it and explained as she went. Very informative while still being efficient. She gave me lots of good advice. It was the same with Dr. Emerson when he came in. He was nice, informative, and he gave me good advice while also taking my concerns into consideration. What I was most impressed with is how thorough they were. I've never had such a thorough exam. They left no stone unturned, but I also didn't feel like I was there for hours or put through the ringer. Bottom line - very thorough, but also efficient.

It was my first time here and I really enjoyed everyone I met. I had my 3 year old with me and everyone loved on him. The hygienist I had was awesome! We clicked with motherhood and homeopathic things. I have to go back in a little and for the first time in my life I'm not scared because I had such an amazing first time experience.

The dental office is conveniently located and staff and dentists very friendly. The hygienist are excellent and personable. I've worked with 2 dentists for myself and my children and they are kind and smart. I would recommend the practice highly.
