Everyone here is so unbelievably nice!! Gretchen and Dr. Pinto were AMAZING with my 3 year old today. Gretchen took the time to show her all the instruments and told her what they were used for then she polished her teeth. Dr.Pinto was gentle and kind. Just moved here from out of state and so thankful we chose Family Dentistry of Ephrata!!!

I needed a new dentist, so I selected Family Dentistry of Ephrata. My first visit was good. Payton my hygienist was very pleasant and explained what she was always doing. Meet Dr. Pinto, I believe I made a good choice for a new dentist.

I had a bridge for forty years and the dentist said i need a new one so he made one and put on a new bridge and i have pain now whenever i drink. I drink water room temperature and now i have to use a straw due to the pain. I called and went back in the office and the dentist did something which did not help. He acted like it was my fault that i have pain cause he said i did not take care of my old bridge which i had for forty years. I did not have any pain and could drink water with my old bridge. He even asked me if i took a mirror to see the place that my tooth is not covered by the crown. I can feel it with my tongue and feel the pain. I do not need a mirror. I called and talked to the receptionist which is such a wonderful person. He said when i went back with pain i was an emergency which i had to wait a week to come in so i don’t understand how that is an emergency and now i live with pain or have to drink through a straw. She said she would talk to the dentist but never heard anything back which i would of thought i would of heard from him saying he would correct this. So now i have tooth pain which i did not have before. 😢

I hadn't seen a dentist in 10 years and was really nervous on what they were going to find with my toothache? Staff was very nice and friendly 😊 I would highly recommend this place 😀

I’m a high anxiety panic kind of person so getting a crown is not something I look forward to. Nonetheless I am so happy and relieved that it is done. Doctor Pinto and Michelle patiently helped me through the process. They were very patient and positive with me. My visits are always way better than I expect them to be. I’m so happy that I found a quality place to get my teeth cared for. I highly recommend them. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
