I don't like going to the dentist very much but I can say I went above my expectations. I say this because everyone was very polite. Also very knowledgeable from my dentist to the dental assistant to the lady that priced everything and set up my treatment plan along with the insurance information. It was such a relaxing experience I scheduled another visit to start my treatment just 2 days after my first visit.
I'd like to thank each and every person they were all so very nice and polite.

I felt very comfortable when I came in the door. I was taking care of quickly, and the staff is awesome and the dental staff was just as awesome. I chose this place after searching for a place to go. I left my office in Charlotte bad experience and how blessed am I to have found them. I went in for a re-line and I had a very good time. I sound like myself now, I have made them my official Dental place.

Once I brought it to their attention that I needed urgent care, they reached back out to the VA to get my services approved within 48 hours. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I appreciate the use of modern technology in their office and the warm cozy blankets they had available when I got cold. These are my kind of people! I’m happy I chose them for my VA Community Care Dental Provider! ❤️

I love Carolinas Dentist! They provided excellent service, before, during and after my appointments!!! Mrs. Brittany is the go-to if you’re a Veteran in need of VA-referred dental treatment. Mrs. Brittany (VA Coordinator), Mrs. Jessica (Office Assistant), Mrs. Megan (Dental Hygienist), and Dr. Carroll (Dentist) are the absolute best!!! They’re professional, understanding, empathetic and very pleasant! I did not feel any pain during my appointment, just joy that they’re the team that makes up my dentist office!! Schedule your appointment if you want to be treated by THE BEST!!!
