The most polite and professional staff I have encountered in a long time! I’m the worst with names but my hygienist was wonderful - informative and kind. Two of the dentists (Dr. Lewis and Dr. Dine) stopped in to say hello during my visit even though I was only there for a cleaning. It’s definitely a “family” like environment. I’d recommend them to any of my friends or family! My only complaint is how long it took to get in for a cleaning but that just means they’re busy because they’re good so worth the wait in my opinion.

Always a great experience at Lewis Family Dentistry! Lynnae is a wonderful hygienist and goes above and beyond. Dr. Kenny Lewis has been my dentist for over ten years, and I always love getting to see him. Cant wait for my next cleaning!

Overall the care has been good. The staff is pleasant and friendly. However it feels like I’m being upsaled at every appointment. I’m not sure if it’s my insurance or if it’s really necessary. My husband and I both feel it. It seems there a different “priority” every visit. Some of mine has been as a result of previous care given at the practice. However the final concern is that the most recent “care” is something that if I don’t agree to for my next visit they would not be able to provide routine care such as a cleaning. We will be looking for alternative care.

While the staff was very friendly, today was a complete waste of my time. Some previous dental work that I had done at another dentist office failed and I knew I was going to have to have those teeth extracted. In part, I chose Lewis Family Dentistry because their website listed extractions under services provided. When I made the appointment I told them it was to have a couple of teeth extracted and that it was painful and hard for me to eat. I had to wait almost 3 weeks for this appointment. They did a full mouth set of X-rays and agreed the teeth in question needed to be extracted and then promptly proceeded to tell me that their office never does extractions, neither simple nor more complicated extractions, and that they always refer their patients to an oral surgeon. Three things come to mind: First, they should update their website to remove extractions under services provided (isn’t that considered false advertisement?) Second, when a patient calls to schedule an appointment because they are in pain and find it difficult to eat, they should never be made to wait 3 weeks. Which brings me to my third point… While on the phone scheduling this appointment I was very clear in stating the appointment was for a couple of extractions. I should have been told right then that they do not perform that service at their office and I would have simply made an appointment elsewhere. Instead they chose to make the appointment anyway and completely waste my time. Shame on you Lewis Family Dentistry. My time may not be important to you but it most certainly is to me!
I have never heard of a dentist that doesn’t pull teeth. I can see referring a patient to an oral surgeon on occasion due to a difficult situation, but every single time?? Maybe they shouldn’t advertise that they perform that service on their website. Maybe they have a buddy that is an oral surgeon and they get a kick back for every referral… who knows? Maybe they need to stop wasting people’s time.

The service was great. Everyone was so nice and considered. The staff had a lot of patience with me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. The office is very clean and everything looks sanitary.
I couldn’t have asked for better service for my money
I would highly recommend this dentist clinic to anyone
