I like the dentist very much, but they cancelled my appointment in January due to staffing problems. Still can’t get an appointment in March. I tried to wait for them to resolve their issue, but it’s March and was told they are having to schedule people with cancelled appointments since November 2023 first. So I’ll find another dentist.Also the receptionist has a nasty attitude

Unfortunately I'm giving this clinic one star because it doesn't give me the choice to give 0 star.
I have been coming to this dentist since 2019 and I have experienced a lot of inaccuracies. Very poor communication....The staff from before were the best for accommodating you, but the new staff are mean...... they try to hard to be nice but that's NOT what is in their hearts.....They're NOT professional at all. Too much of lacking attention to detail. They changed the time of my appointment but they didn't make sure that I was knowledge of the changed...I have been left disappointed more than once and I have been more than understanding every time! But I had enough!! One of the worst thing is that the Doctor doesn't know how to work on crowns very well. PLEASE! Don't go there if you need a crown, you will be in the worst hands!! He worked on an crown on me and few weeks later I was in pain again....he tried many different things on me but NOTHING WORKED!! I have to go to a different dentist, and paid $150 out of my pocket, so he can take an 3D picture of my tooth. Finally the results were that doctor Lloyd didn't put the crown in a good position. I have to go back in order for him to fix it again, I went through a lot of pain again, and again thanks to Dr. LLOYD FOR NOT DOING A GOOD JOB. Now the discomfort is coming back again, I guess that I may have to deal with it again with a different doctor.... waist of time. THAT'S IT! NOT GOING BACK TO THAT CLINIC AGAIN!!

Everyone at this office is AMAZINGLY friendly. Just enjoy everyone and every time I visit.

The only thing positive about my visit was that the dentist was very professional and friendly unlike the staff. They lock the door when they go to lunch. Employees only unlocked the deadbolt when returning. 20-30 minutes after they were supposed to be back they let the patients in after they had to wait, I guess they couldn't hear knocking because of their own conversations. I was understanding and tried to comfort the waiting patients. You don't want to frustrate anyone about to do you a service, right? Everyone but the dentist, Dr. Lloyd, and the dental hygienist seemed to have an attitude. The desk lady was demanding and just seemed like she was in a bad mood. The lady that took my x-ray was ok until I spoke. Whether I asked a question or spoke in general she wasn't trying to hear anything. There is a lack of communication amongst the staff as well as some unprofessional attitudes. I was prescribed an antibiotic that I wasn't even told about or given a prescription for until a week after?! Oh...they were sure to charge me $103 more than what I was originally told and for what...I don't know because I didn't even recieve a receipt. I recieve the dental plan, however. I had an x-ray and I guess a consultation. They were sure to make sure they got that money but what about the patient? The staff didn't care enough about the patient to give them a much needed prescription that was prescribed before I left. No one was in the waiting room and I was told to sit down and wait. The whole waiting room experience was frustrating say the least. Dr. Lloyd seemed to be a really promising dentist, but he's going to miss out on any more of my business until things change. I'm cancelling all appointments until further notice.

Need a root canal done. I was in pain so I made an appointment again and Dr. Told me to come back when my tooth pain won’t let me sleep and left quick instead of giving me other options since I can’t afford a root canal. Go somewhere else where you feel valued and heard!
