I made an appointment online with this particular practice after first checking to confirm that they were in network. Online, I was able to schedule a cleaning for August 8. However, a day later, I received a call stating that the practice would not be able to schedule me for basic cleaning until December. Big difference, one that I believe was meant to discourage me as a potential patient. Mission accomplished. Not sure if it was my insurance (MetLife) or another intangible factor. Based on the posted reviews, my guess is it was option 2. If you know, you know.
You need to go here. Best dentist visit I’ve ever had. I’ve moved a fair amount so been to many offices and had many different hygienists. Katie was amazing! So friendly, caring, and explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. You can tell it’s a great business when everyone from The receptionists to the dentists are extremely friendly and everyone genuinely seemed happy to be there and provide support. I can’t go anywhere else now and have already recommended to all my friends.
This was my first time visiting Dentistry Of the Carolinas-University. Best experience I ever had. Everyone was nice and very professional. They treated me like family. I received the best dental treatment and it was affordable. I will recommend them to family and friends.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Cabanas for 10 years and have had extensive dental work. She’s amazing and always prioritizes your comfort. I’ve never experienced pain during or after a procedure. Her team is also great, especially Katie who is super efficient, conscientious and keeps my smile SPARKLING! ✨
If you want a highly trained and extremely professional dentist, look no further. They’re very fast and very precise. I have been to plenty of dentists but not nearly as good as this one. They’re very kind and understanding and will get you out with no pain and no long waits. I would highly recommend going to the university location.
