10/10 recommend! Kalisa and Dr. White took great care of my filling and root canal! I live in Connecticut and wait to have work done when I’m down in Charlotte because of their level of care! Dr. Marshall is friendly, fast and efficient as well! From the front office staff to the dentists, I recommend this place to all of my family and friends! I appreciate their willingness to work with you financially as well as check up calls after appointments.
I had my first root canal today at 61 yrs old, I have had anxiety and bad experiences when it came to going to the dentist, I cried happy tears today because I didn’t feel a thing! My service with Dr. White today was a 10/10. I appreciate how patient and kind all of the staff at this office were. I appreciate Dr. White for addressing all of my concerns and mapping out a plan to help me achieve the healthy smile/teeth that I’ve always wanted. My previous dentist I always left unaware of what exactly was going on and the next steps. Today Dr. White took the time to break down everything that he was doing in great detail and I feel very happy about moving forward with my treatment and all dental care at this office.
Dr Marshall is the BEST Dentist with great skills, techniques, chair side manners, painless and gentleness that I’ve had in my 66 years; for I take pride in my teeth care with routine cleaning and check ups every six months since the age of 3 years old! His front desk receptionists (Danielle & Britney) are patient, welcoming and supportive plus the office manager Lori provides top notch client service! Hygentist and Dental Assistants (KP & Ari) are genuinely caring, skilled and friendly! My Dentist is better than your Dentist! LOL!!
